What is the capacity of the venue?

80 seated. 100 strolling.

 Can I bring in my own vendors, or are there preferred vendors I must use?

Yes you may use your own vendors. We also offer a preferred vendor list for your convenience. 

 Is parking available for guests, and is it complimentary?

Yes we have a private lot available.

Is there a curfew or time limit for events?

All events must end at midnight, cleanup time is included. 

What is the cancellation policy?

No refunds on down payment, however event may be rescheduled at a later date. 

Can I schedule a site visit to see the venue in person?

Yes, use the acuity link to schedule a tour.

Is there a dedicated event coordinator or staff to assist with planning?

We will have an event coordinator on site. For an additional cost we will assist with planning your event. 

How early can I access the venue for setup?

Venue access time will vary depending on your package. 

Are there any restrictions on alcohol service?

Alcohol is allowed, but you must have a licensed bartender to serve.

What is payment schedule and accepted payment methods?

50% deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to event date, including refundable $250 security deposit. We accept cash, debit, and Zelle. 

Are there any additional costs, such as cleaning fees or security deposits? 

We offer a $150 cleaning fee if you don’t want to clean up on your own. Refundable $250 security deposit.
